CACRC / CLF RETURN POLICY:

Return Policy

The Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council (CACRC) offers:

  • A 90-day hardware warranty on all desktop and laptop computers sold in our store
  • A 60-day warranty on all other hardware

We will exchange or repair defective equipment within the warranty period. All sales are final — we do not offer cash refunds.

Please note: Viruses, operating system issues, and software-related problems are not covered under warranty. Additional tech service fees may apply for repairs outside of the warranty scope.

Eligibility for Connecting Louisiana Families program: Low-Cost Wireless Internet

To qualify for CACRC’s Connecting Louisiana Families low-cost wireless internet options, customers should align with at least ONE of the programs or qualifications listed below:

  • Federal or tribal General Assistance 
  • Fixed or Low-Income 
  • Student(s) in household
  • College Students
  • Senior Citizen
  • Medicaid
  • National School Lunch Program (Free or Reduced Lunch)
  • Public housing or rental assistance
  • Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI)
  • Social Security Retirement (SSR)
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP/EBT)
  • Women, Infants, and Children Program (WIC)
  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits for service members
  • Libraries, Schools, Educational Programs, Social Welfare Organizations, etc.

Order Fulfillment & Pickup

Orders placed online are processed within 1–3 business days.
You will be contacted by email or phone once your order is ready for pickup.

A valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required at the time of pickup.


Technical Support Policy

Basic troubleshooting may be available for equipment purchased from CACRC.
Services beyond initial setup (such as data recovery, software troubleshooting, or upgrades) may incur additional fees. These are not covered by warranty.


Customer Privacy

CACRC values your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely to process orders, verify eligibility, or support CACRC’s mission.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties.


Limitation of Liability

All products are sold “as-is” beyond the warranty period. CACRC is not liable for any damages, data loss, or other issues resulting from the use or misuse of any device or software sold.
